This document outlines the conditions for use of MindExpandio services, info products, and goods. Please read carefully before proceeding.

2. Services

MindExpandio provides mindset expansion training and growth programs delivered in person, live online, or in group workshops. Each service is described on our site with schedule, duration, and scope.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all fees for services are non-refundable due to the planning and resources committed on your behalf. However, you may reschedule a booked service by notifying us at least 7 days before the scheduled start date. Rescheduled sessions will depend on availability and are valid for up to 6 months from the original date.

3. Info Products

We offer digital courses and e-books that become available upon purchase. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided that less than 20% of the content has been viewed or downloaded. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days.

4. Goods

Physical items sold by MindExpandio may be sent back to us within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in original packaging. You must ship the items to our address at your own expense. Once we receive and inspect the item, approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 14 days of inspection.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Due to venue and instructor commitments, fees for live or scheduled sessions are non-refundable unless the cancellation is initiated by MindExpandio. In such cases, you may choose a full credit toward a future session or a refund of the fee.

5.2 Info Products

You can request a refund for digital materials within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course or e-book has been consumed. Requests after this period or threshold will not be honored.

5.3 Goods

Shipments for physical items must meet the conditions described above. Damaged or defective items are eligible for replacement or refund upon verification.

6. Modifications

MindExpandio reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on mindexpandio.info with an updated effective date.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MindExpandio and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from your participation or purchase.
